Leek and vegetable purslane

biennial, presumably from Mediterranean countries, cultivated all over Europe and North America. In Poland, it is known mainly as the so-called vegetable. flavor, an ingredient of Italian. Less commonly used for vegetables and salads.

annual plant, native to Central Asia, cultivated in some countries, also found in the wild in Poland. Edible parts – leaves and leaf stalks – they are suitable for salads and vegetables, similar to asparagus or spinach.
