Italian broccoli – asparagus cabbage
annual plant, similar to cauliflower, it differs from it in a looser inflorescence, green. Until recently, it was cultivated in Italy and Western European countries, for several years also in Poland. Eaten similar to cauliflower.

annual plant, it has large fruits with a shape similar to a cucumber, harvested in the seedling phase (do 20 cm in length and 5 cm in diameter), when the seeds are not yet developed. In Poland, it has been cultivated for a short time. Used for salads, vegetable, can be pickled.
