Broccoli – asparagus cabbage. It is similar to cauliflower; its rose is edible along with pieces of fleshy shoots. It is less demanding than cauliflower. The seeds are sown on the seedbed. It is collected, when the rosebuds are already formed, but still strict and does not open.
