Each mushroom farm should be equipped with a fermentation shed or at least a covered concrete slab for processing the fertilizer and a room for thermal disinfection of the casing.. Keep in mind when calculating the size of the slab, that 1 one ton of fertilizer covers an area of approx. 2 m2. The fermentation plate should have a container for leakage from under the pile. It is accepted 0,2 m3 of tank for each ton of fertilizer. In the shed there should be sockets for the consumption of three-phase electricity (then, when a machine is used to process fertilizer) and two water intake points.
