Garlic. It has high soil and water requirements. It hibernates well in the ground. The position is favorable in the second year after the manure with the use of mineral fertilizers. There are three types of garlic, the cultivation of which is slightly different from each other:
– garlic producing inflorescences with air bulbs (spicy flavor), stores poorly and is planted in X…XI;
– lowland garlic from the area of Topola Pińczowska, it does not keep well and is planted in the fall or spring at the turn of III and IV;
– mountain garlic from the Podhale region, stores well and is planted in spring.
The cloves are planted in spacing 30 x 6…10 cm, and air bulbs are sown in co rows 30 cm.
