Hungry. It is a plant with a very short growing season. It has low soil requirements, but it needs a lot of soil moisture. A longer period of coolness may cause knocking out of the inflorescence shoots. It is grown in the first or second year after manure, or in the first year after compost. The seedlings of early varieties are grown under inspection, and the later ones – on the seedbed. Only requires quilting for early cultivation.

Planting dates: for early harvest – Melon, in spacing 20 x 20 cm; for late harvest – VIII, in spacing 40 x 30 cm.
