Advantages of beekeeping

– bees can be handled by virtually anyone, who is not allergic to bee venom, also people with limited physical fitness.

However, when deciding to set up an apiary, they need to remember, that bees do not produce honey from the feed given to them, but they process the flower nectar into honey. They collect it for their own needs in the time of the so-called benefit. The collection of nectar is conditioned by the abundance of nectar-producing plants in the flight range of bees and by weather conditions. The cost of rearing bees is quite high. Long flights and the delicacy of their body cause, that many bees die prematurely for many reasons (rains, low temperature, wind, pests, non-compliant use of insecticides). Listed here, just some factors, cause, that the "production" of honey fluctuates greatly from year to year.
