A favorable factor for the producer is the short distance from the fruit processing plant and holiday resorts, and also from large groups of people. The factories don't just provide you too, but they define themselves, which fruits interest them the most, thus, they facilitate the choice of the production direction. On the other hand, in the vicinity of holiday centers, in July and August, there is a very high demand for almost all fruit ripening at that time.. The proximity of large cities creates favorable economic conditions for the production of a very diverse assortment of fruit.
In the analysis of the factors determining success in fruit-growing, one must also take into account the high demand for manual labor during the periods of fruit harvesting. In specialized fruit farms, and only such are legitimate, the number of permanent employees is usually not enough to carry out the fruit harvest. Until recently, there were no major difficulties in finding external workers for fruit picking in Poland. These possibilities, however, are diminishing.
