An excellent but expensive garden tool, yet not very popular on our farms, is the garden branch grinder – shredder. Small branches inserted into the throat of this machine, with a diameter not exceeding 4 cm are crushed and cut into small pieces. These pieces can be used to line the ground under shrubs, trees and plants, thus preventing weeds from growing.
