Drip down and syrup

Fall down
natural raw material, plant sap excreted by aphids and worms, enriched with polysaccharides (m.in. melezitosis), falling on the leaves and branches of trees, most often found on fir, spruce, pita, clone, sycamore, larch and plum. Honeydew is collected by bees only in warm conditions, muggy days and made into honey (honeydew), which has a richer chemical composition than other honeys.

Beetroot syrup
an aqueous solution of beet sugar, fed to bees as food. The density of the syrup depends on the purpose of feeding the bees. For feeding (stimulant, emergency) thin syrup is used – 1 kg of sugar on 2 And water.
To replenish supplies for the winter, thick syrup - 2 kg of sugar per 1 And water. Worker bees process the collected syrup in a similar way to flower nectar and thicken it to the consistency of honey.
