Sheet metal drip caps

All sheet metal drip caps and other sheet metal work, in addition to good drainage of rainwater outside the building, should be used, characterize proper stiffness under the influence of e.g.. wind. This stiffness can be obtained by making a fold at the bottom edge of the drip, or attach a wire with a diameter to this edge 1-2 mm. We wrap the sheet metal seam on the wire, carefully tapping it with a locksmith or roofer hammer. The contact of the helix on the wire should be additionally soldered.
