A dull blade from an electric jigsaw can be used to make a practical knife for it, needed for cutting textiles, polyurethane foam, etc.. It is enough to grind unnecessary teeth and give the blade the shape of a typical knife. We have to remember, that due to the high hardness of the material, from which the saw blade is made, its sharpening can only be performed on a table rotary grinder.
