A large circle can be quickly drawn on the plate, using a thin wooden strip. One end is nailed to the board with a nail, will be the center of the circle. At the other end, we drill a small hole to pierce the pencil tip. Distance between the nail, and the hole is given to us by the radius of the circle. It is worth preparing one longer strip and drilling a hole in it for a nail. We also drill many other holes in the strip for the pencil tip, so as to draw circles with the necessary diameters.
