Brickwork of an arched lintel

Brickwork of an arched lintelOne of the best and most effective is an arched lintel made of ceramic or clinker bricks. They are built on a special spatial template anchored to the side walls framing the opening. On the movable template, bricks are built successively on both ends by arranging them wedge-shaped. The correct position of each brick and the size of the joint is determined by a rotating strip nailed in the center of the template. The joint between the bricks should be flush with the edge of the lath.
